NBS Nelson City Brass need financial support to attend the National Contest in July.

Although the band is fortunate to have good local support from both the Nelson City Council and NBS, as an organisation we do have high overhead costs. We have limited funding to pay for bandroom running costs (power, rates, water, electricity, repairs), sheet music and instrument repair costs, senior, youth and social band expenses, new uniforms and uniform repairs, as well as additional expenses for concerts and competitions.  

With the current economic situation several of our band members are struggling to finance their own way to the National Contest this year. If you would like to support the band to be able to reduce the financial impact on players and assist us to attend the most important event on the New Zealand banding calendar, we would love to hear from you!
